Andrei Andreevich Sizov (Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found.; born 11 March 1981 in Astrakhan, RSFSR, USSR) - is a Russian is a Russian top manager, engineer, head of a number of energy and infrastructure projects.
Education
In 2002, he graduated with honors from the South Russian State Polytechnic University (now South Russian State Polytechnic University named after M. I. Platov) with a degree in civil engineering of water supply and sanitation systems[1]. In 2010, he completed his postgraduate studies there. Candidate of Technical Sciences[2].
In 2013, he graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a degree in strategic management and business policy. In 2016, he graduated from the South Russian State Polytechnic University with a degree in power systems engineering for electrical networks and stations[3]. Candidate for doctor’s degree at MGIMO University in 2023.
Author of a number of scientific publications, including the book "Nuclear Management of the USSR"[4].
Career
Since 2008, he has been in charge of manufacturing companies, energy and utility service providers in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (since December 1, 2008 JSC YuKEK - Yugorsk Utility Operating Company and since April 18, 2009 - JSC YuTEK - Regional Grids). Then was invited to Saint Petersburg. He worked as a Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Energy and Engineering of St. Petersburg[5][6]. In 2015-2016 - General Director of JSC "Saint Petersburg Electric Networks" as well as JSC "Petrodvorets Electric Network"[7].
In 2016-2019, he worked at the state corporation Roskosmos, as director of engineering infrastructure, head of the group for analysis and proposals for maintenance and operation of the fuel and energy facilities of the Baikonur Cosmodrome[6].
Since 2019, he has been the General Director and Managing Partner of Primorsky Universal Transshipment Complex LLC, and since 2020, he has been the General Director, Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC LOESK - Electric Networks of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region[6][8].
Since 2022 - Chairman of the Board of Baltic Methanol LLC[9].
Family
Married, has six children.
Awards
State Counselor of St. Petersburg 3rd class.
Awarded with a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation (2022)[10].
