Anastasia Karanikolaou (born June 9, 1997) is an American social media influencer, model, and entrepreneur.[1] She is widely known for her close friendship with media personality Kylie Jenner and her significant presence on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.[2]
Early Life and Education
Karanikolaou was born in Los Angeles, California. She is of Greek descent and has a sister, Alexia Karanikolaou. During her childhood, she experienced a challenging upbringing due to her mother's struggles with addiction, which led to frequent relocations between her father's home and other family members. Karanikolaou and her sister were homeschooled.
Career
Karanikolaou gained prominence as a social media influencer, amassing over 11 million followers on Instagram. She was previously known by her username "stassiebaby." She has collaborated with major brands, including PrettyLittleThing, Savage X Fenty, and Alexander Wang.[3]
In 2021, she partnered with Kylie Jenner to launch the Stassie x Kylie collection under Kylie Cosmetics. She has also modeled for Khloé Kardashian’s fashion brand, Good American. In March 2022, Karanikolaou co-founded the vodka brand Sunny Vodka with DJ and entrepreneur Zack Bia.[4]
Personal Life
Karanikolaou met Kylie Jenner when they were 13 years old, and they have remained close friends for over a decade. Their friendship has often been the subject of media attention, including speculation about their relationship, which they have denied.
She was previously in a relationship with TikToker Jaden Hossler but announced their breakup in April 2024. She has also been linked to Noah Centineo, Tyler Cameron, and Sammy Wilkinson. In June 2023, she announced the passing of her mother in an Instagram post, expressing grief over her loss.
Cosmetic Procedures
Karanikolaou has been open about undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures, including lip fillers, a breast lift in 2017, and a breast implant reduction in 2019.[5]
