Amor Fati Band is a band created by Amaury Perez, Brian Dornbach, Don Van Handel, and Eric Drucker in the early 1980s to release avant-garde, industrial noise, post-punk rock music and experimental projects. The original intent was to work as a cooperative with other artists or anyone else that wanted to collaborate. https://www.discogs.com/artist/185187-Amor-Fati

They toured as Amor Fati and opened for post-punk bands such as the Butthole Surfers (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Butthole_Surfers), the Fall (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Fall_(band)), the Gun Club (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gun_Club) and many others. They released one 7" 45 and various K7s during the 1980s and a 12" LP entitled "Against "Nature"" which was reviewed and pictures of the artists were published in a tabloid magazine called SPIN (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spin_(magazine). All their releases were reviewed in other underground magazines such as: Option (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Option_%28music_magazine%29), Forced Exposure, Reflex, Banana Fish, Fact Sheet Five, RRR and many others. A recent remaster and release for their hard-to-find and limited release entitled "Against Nature" can now be found on www.amorfati.com.

Another band created as an "off-shoot" from this project was called "Will to Live." They went on to release a self-titled EP and tour in clubs throughout the north east. A recent remaster and release for their hard-to-find and limited release self- entitled "Will to Live" can now be found on www.amorfati.com.
