Amira Sajwani (born 1994) is an Emirati businesswoman and entrepreneur. She is the Managing Director of Sales and Development at DAMAC Properties, the Founder and CEO of PRYPCO, and the Founder of Amali Properties.[1] [2] [3]

Amira launched her startup PRYPCO (earlier named PRYPTO) in October 2022[4]. She was featured in the Top 20 Women Behind Middle Eastern Brands by Forbes Middle East in July 2023 for PRYPCO.[5]

In May 2023, Amira was recognised as one of the 100 Most Influential Arabs by Arabian Business.[6]

In November 2023, she was featured in Forbes Middle East '30 Under 30' list in the Science and Technology category.[7] [8] [9]

Early life

Amira Sajwani was born in 1994. She grew up in a family deeply involved in the business sector. Her father, Hussain Sajwani, is the Founder and Chairman of DAMAC Properties, a leading real estate development company in the Middle East.[10]

Amira is a graduate of University College London (UCL) majoring in Project Management for Construction. She also holds a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics (LSE).[11] [12]

After completing her education, Amira Sajwani joined DAMAC Properties as Senior Vice President of Operations.[13][14] She quickly climbed the ranks and assumed various key roles within DAMAC. In 2022, she was appointed as the Managing Director - Sales and Development for DAMAC Properties.[15][16][17]

Amira launched her proptech startup PRYPCO (earlier named PRYPTO) in October 2022.[18]

Personal life

Amira Sajwani is the daughter of Hussain Sajwani and has 3 siblings: Ali, Abbas, and Mehdi Sajwani.[19]

She is married, has 2 children, and lives in Dubai, UAE.
