Ambatri is a small village of 834 hectares in Bhinmal Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Ambatri depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 132.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Ambatri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Ambatri's pin code is 307803[4], and village code is 02304500. The area of Ambatri is segregated as 132 hectares irrigated area, 115 hectares unirrigated, the 163 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 271 hectare area not available for cultivation.
