Alexander Elliott Jordan, better known as Alex Jordan, is an English actor, known for his acting roles in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Baldur's Gate 3 and The Amazing World of Gumball.
Career
Alex started by uploading impressions to YouTube in 2006. A voice agent found him through these and signed him in 2008 at just 18 years old.[1]
Streaming
Alex started streaming through Twitch in January 2021 regularly playing games that he lent his voice to. Initially his set up was rather limited and in the confines of a walk-in closet.
In 2024 he moved into a larger streaming space. As part of this move he also collaborated with Reign Gaming to create his perfect gaming PC, known as ‘The Beast’. Specific specifications of this PC can be found on NovaTech’s website.
The branding on his Twitch channel was made by Dizzy Designs.[2]
Since he started streaming Alex has amassed over 11,000 followers, with this number continuing to grow. His followers on the platform, and those who are part of his Discord, have come to be known as the SockMob.
Among his most streamed games are Warhammer, Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur's Gate 3|Baldur’s Gate 3 & The Witcher 3.[3]
Natural Six
In June 2023 Alex, alongside other UK-based performers and personalities from the video games industry came together and formed the idea of starting their own Dungeons & Dragons Actual Play video series.[4]
The group, known as Natural Six, consists of Harry McEntire, Hollie Bennett, Ben Starr (actor), Aoife Wilson, Doug Cockle and Alex.
Natural Six ran a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter from 16 October 2023 to 15 November 2023. This was a success, with 907 Backers they raised £67,932 of a £50,000 goal. The series is currently available on both YouTube and Podcast platforms.
