Alandal is a webtoon and webnovel platform that was launched in July 1st 2023.[citation needed] The platform is found on the web at Alandal.com and can be accessed for free. It produces webtoon adaptations in-house and serves them on the platform, and works with its in-house team to localize webnovels from Korean and other languages to English.[1]
History
According to their official LinkedIn, Alandal is based in the United Arab Emirates[2], and was founded by Faadi Thabit, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Alandal.[3] The platform was launched in July 2023 and entered the top 2,000 websites globally within its first month.[citation needed]
Content
Alandal offers webtoons and webnovels licensed from Korean and other Asian publishers in English. The platform also produces webtoon adaptations for some of the licensed webnovels on the platform.[citation needed]
Most of Alandal's content are focused on the Action fantasy genre, with titles including The Iron-Blooded Necromancer Has Returned, Lord of Mana, and Everyone Regressed Except Me.[4] It also offers content in other genres including Psychological in series such as Popular Psychopath.[5]
