Akihiro Kimura (木村 明広, Kimura Akihiro, born March 21, 1970) is a Japanese manga artist. He is mostly well known for being the artist and designer of Emerald Dragon by developers Glodia, and for creating manga adaptations of popular works such as Cyborg:009, Guilty Gear, 7th Dragon, and Etrian Odyssey.

Career

Akihiro Kimura has involved himself in the manga industry for three decades making original works such as Project ReMOVER and adaptations of popular franchises his manga adaptation of the Cyborg 009: Call of Justice CGI Anime films and has made adaptations in the video game industry such as his Guilty Gear XX adaptation. Akihiro Kimura has also worked himself in the video game industry by creating illustrations used to promote foreign works in Japan like in the NEC PC-9801 port of Dungeon Hack, an Advanced Dungeons and Dragons rouguelike game released in 1993. Another work he is closely associated with is Emerald Dragon and Alnam no Kiba being the main Illustrator and Character Designer the latter having him more involved as he even wrote Scenario's for.
