Ahl Iman (term)
Hello. My name here is adamdaniel864, whom my name is Lyubomyr Khaledovych Bilyovych, and my real name is Adam Daniel, i'm from Malaysia and I'm 16 years old this year. I would like to talk about the Persian term called Ahl Iman (اهل ایمان).
The term is first founded in the Persian translation of the Quran by Mirza Mahdi Elahi Ghomshei (1901 - 1973), and it literally means in English as people of faith. See these two translations of the Quran, which has the same term below:
Translation of the Quran (Persian by Mirza Mahdi Elahi Ghomshei)
Meaning: O people of faith, eat the lawful and pure foods which We have bestowed upon you, and be grateful to Allah if you sincerely worship Him.
Translation of the Quran (Urdu by Fateh Muhammad Jalandhry):
In fact, the Urdu translation of the Quran by Fateh Muhammad Jalandhry soon borrowed the same term from the translation of the Quran by Mirza Mahdi Elahi Ghomshei, which is his variant of Quranic-Arabic language sign يأيها الذين آمنوا, which literally means o you who believe, which is a Quranic Arabic sign words and reminder to the Muslim believers.
