Agariya is a small village of 1050 hectares in Amet Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Agariya depends on AMET, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 42.12% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Agariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Agariya's pin code is 313332[4], and village code is 02990100. The area of Agariya is segregated as 82.12 hectares irrigated area, 170 hectares unirrigated, the 265 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 533 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Agariya is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2842 and has total administration over 530 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of AMET and Rajsamand to sell marbale tiles and make their living.
