Adeleke Alex-Adedipe (born November 28, 1981)[1] is a Nigerian lawyer. He is a partner at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe.[2]
Early life
He graduated with a Law degree from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2007 and he graduated from the Nigerian Law School in 2008.[3]
Career
His first job was at Standard Chartered Bank[4] as a legal and compliance officer.[5]
He then worked at Paul Usoro & Co for a year[6] before moving to Aluko & Oyebode[7] where he spent five years before setting up Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe with his partners.[8]
His achievements at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe include advising Reliance Health on its $40,000,000 (forty million United States Dollars) Series B funding round.[9]
Other ventures
He was a non-executive director at Polaris Bank[10]
Personal life
His father is Late Honorable Alex Adedipe, a former lawyer and Ondo State House of Assembly member.[11][10]
In 2014 he married Aderonke Atinuke Adejugbe at All Souls Anglican Church Lekki, Lagos[12].[13]
