Adeeldareal's ability to switch his flow and create a new sound with every song has entertained his fan base without getting redundant. His music is deeply personal, drawing from his life experiences and shaping his persona, image, and sound. Although he has not signed with any record label, Adeeldareal has garnered attention from industry professionals, becoming one of the most promising artists to come out of Portland with his unique sound and undeniable talent.[4][5]
Early life
Adeeldareal was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. Growing up near downtown, he attended Chapman Elementary, Lincoln High School, and Benson Polytechnic High School.[6] Growing up, he often listened to artists such as Michael Jackson, 50 Cent, Lil Uzi Vert, and Chief Keef.[7]
Adeeldareal often felt isolated and left out growing up in Portland, despite having some notoriety due to his love of climbing buildings and taking videos of himself on cranes. His mother was diagnosed with cancer when he was eleven, and their financial struggles increased. Adeeldareal started smoking weed at twelve to cope with his situation and eventually started sipping lean out of his mother's medicine cabinet. He was able to kick the cup later that year, but he eventually became addicted to percocets but was ultimately able to beat his addiction.[8][9]
Adeeldareal struggled in school due to his social anxiety, ADHD, and insomnia. Still, he found he could hyperfocus when making music, so Adeel decided to transfer to Benson Polytechnic High School when he was sixteen.[10] There, he learned how to make beats and eventually started releasing music. At seventeen, he decided to drop out of school to focus on his music career. After dropping out, he released more tracks and built a loyal local fanbase in Portland.[11][12]
Despite his childhood struggles, Adeeldareal was always a very talented individual. As Adeel got older, he continued to use his talents through his creative skills while making his music. He has always had an ear for music and was able to channel his creative energy into his music career.[13]

By combining genres like pop and rap into one, Adeeldareal pushed his limits of creativity and gained a dedicated fanbase. Adeel released “Mamas Macaroni”, “Dream Chaser”, and “Sprite” on Soundcloud, which helped him get his name out there.[14]
In 2022, Adeel released his first song on all platforms called "Medication," which impressed his fans and got him into his first local show, where he sold the most tickets out of any other artist. Medication showcased his versatility as an artist, with an ambient beat and heavy-hitting drums combined with his pop-like melodies. He followed up with another single titled "Power" and "Destined 4 The Win," which impressed his fans with catchy melodic hooks combined with heavy-hitting trap beats. "Destined 4 The Win" was a huge hit, garnering over 180k streams on Spotify.
