Adarsh Rai Known as Rai Sahab (Born 04 September 1989) is an Indian film director, writer, editor, producer, actor known for his works in Hindi cinema. He is the recipient of awards for his creation in short films and web films for digital cinema . He is also a film critic at the film review Website.

Adarsh Rai was born on 04 September 1989 in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh. His father JaiSingh Rai is a retired Army Person and his mother is a retired Doctor . He did his early schooling in D.A.V inter college From Uttar Pradesh.
Due to his desire to become a Software Engineer, Adarsh went to Delhi for his higher studies and enrolled himself into a B-tech Computer science Engineering Course at (Uttar Pradesh Technical University); he graduated in 2012. He then eventually started making Short films through his mobile and joined hands with many filmmakers over years .

Adarsh rai is a rich content oriented film maker .He believes in making films with impactful storytelling . Raw and reality based subjects inspire him more .He has made 20+ short films for digital platforms . He has also won film competitions by well known poet KUMAR VISHWASH and international corporate short film competition . He has participated as a Ghost writer in films .
His Last Web film Chowkidar was released in June 2019 which was written Edited and Directed by Adarsh rai
