Stone began his professional career directing music videos for artists like Michael Henry and Justin Robinett[2], creating several videos that garnered millions of views on YouTube. Over time, he has worked with notable acts, including Flatland Cavalry, for whom he directed the critically acclaimed music videos "The Provider"[3] and "Last American Summer."[4]

His short film Just Like The Butterfly was shot entirely in his hometown of Lubbock, Texas, and was praised for its layered storytelling.[5]
