Abhishek Biswas is a successful entrepreneur who has inspired budding entrepreneurs through his grit & determination. Abhishek has launched the World’s first Vegetarian food certification program “Sattvik India Council”.
Biography
Abhishek has extensive business experience working in many Asian countries, including China, Republic of Korea, and mainly Thailand (14 yrs till date), with profound knowledge on local business legal framework and possessing deep understanding of different local business ethics and cultures. Throughout these many years, he has built and maintained friendly and solid networks with many in both public and private sectors in all these countries. In addition, he has served on the board of the Indian Chamber of Commerce[1] in Thailand from 2011-2013 as PR (sub committee) – 2012 Since early 2013, he was appointed by a Thai PM Office,[2] under the office of the Prime Minister of Thailand, as Thai Trade Representative to help promote bilateral trade between Thailand and other countries.
His work
Abhishek was appointed by the Govt. of Gujarat[3] INDEXT- B for Vibrant Gujarat Summit, had bought the biggest delegation till date to visit India from any other country in 2013. Also, he was appointed by UNITED NATIONS[4] for project in Myanmar in 2013.
Abhishek envisages that the time is now for Indian's perspectives on doing business with any Asian countries to be changed. With AEC (ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY[5]) coming into effect, any a country in such a community is a gateway to a much bigger market to be explored.
He is appointed as Advisor UPTPA (Uttar Pradesh Trade Promotion Authority[6]) U.P. Govt. to initiate industrial projects and support till date.
His first project in India was to work towards INDO- KOREAN ventures,[7] have brought the top 5 cosmetic companies in India and created a gateway for them for 1Bn $ business roadmap for India in 2015
Sattvik India Council
SATTVIK INDIA COUNCIL is registered under Indian Trust Act 1882.[8]
Abhishek Seeing the future of food retail in India the food certifications level are really not up to the mark put up research with E&Y in 2014-15 and have now launched the World’s First Vegetarian Food Certification programme SATTVIK INDIA COUNCIL in 2017. Abhishek's Sattvik India will take Food Safety to the next level by opening Food Samples collecting centres and small labs to tier II & Tier III cities of India. in association with India’s premiere food testing labs- FRAC labs under FICCI[9] ( Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry).
