Abdoul Hassane (born in December 10, 1998) is a Nigerien entrepreneur known for contributing to the development of the digital media and music industries in Niger.[1] He resides in Niamey where he promotes digital entrepreneurship in the country. [2]Hassane studied International Relations and Marketing at Pandit Deendayal Energy University in India, an institution led by Mukesh Ambani. [3]
Career
Hassane is the founder of Kasuwa Niger Pvt Ltd, a digital agency based in Niger that develops various digital projects.[4] The company offers services such as communication strategy development, content creation, and digital branding.[5] He founded "Kasuwa Distro," a digital platform providing services related to music distribution, content monetization, digital marketing, and social media certification.[6][7]

Hassane has publicly declare his views on the role of culture and music in national development. In news published by Nigerian media, he emphasized that these sectors can contribute to economic growth, strengthen national identity, and foster social cohesion. He has called for increased institutional and financial support for cultural initiatives.[8][9][10]
He has also spoken about the potential of digital technologies to drive economic development in Africa, stating that they represent "an unprecedented opportunity for the development of our states".[11]
Nominations
In 2025, Hassane was nominated for the 4th African Outstanding Professional Award, held in The Gambia. This nomination was reported by Nigerian news.[12][13]
