Abdel "Sosa" Russell (born January 19, 1977).[1] is an American record label executive (MVB Records), entrepreneur, talent manager, and author, who has founded several companies, and he manages one of YouTube and Jamaica's entertainment stars Trabass.[2]

Russell began his career in the music and entertainment business when he incorporated several companies in Central Florida, during 2005. In 2013 MVB Records became the first independent record label to make health insurance available to their artist roster.

In May 2019, Russell incorporated First.Finger Entertainment (FFE), a talent management and media company[5], a company which now manages Trabass, who's 2016 album "Trabulation" charted at number 8 on Billboard's Reggae Album chart[6]

Russell attended James Madison High School (Brooklyn) in New York, and he is a distinguished Alumni.[7] He played Football at Madison, and participated in Track & Field. He graduated from Madison in 1995, and attended Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York. Russell currently resides in Rockland County, New York.
