History

Abacanto Holding was founded in 1996 by Hector Douglas and Noah Blauch. The company is a global investment management firm offering fiduciary consulting and wealth management services to retirement plans, non-profits, and high-net-worth individuals and families. Douglas and Blauch conceived the idea for Abacanto Holding out of a desire to serve others. The duo wanted to establish a fee-only investment firm, free from conflicts of interest and commission-based incentives.[2][3]

In 2020, Abacanto Holdings acquired Montgomery Investment Group.

In June 2023, Abacanto Holding announced the launch of new portfolios to offer Australian institutional investors access to its emerging market value investing.[4]

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, Abacanto Holdings has offices in Toronto, Singapore,[5] Santiago, Glasgow, and Jakarta, offering personalized investment solutions to a global clientele. Additionally, Abacanto Holding has expanded into Southeast Asia and has an institutional sales presence in Indonesia.[6]
