Aanal Kotak is an Indian celebrity chef, restauranteur, TV personality and author from Gujarat.[1] She is the founder of "The Secret Kitchen", Gujarat's first fine - dine restaurant.[2] She is know for her culinary skills on Colours Gujarati's renowned "Rasoi Show".[3][4]

Career

She holds a degree in fashion designing from National Institute of Fashion Technology. She owns multiple branches of "The Secret Kitchen" in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Australia.[5] She also owns a FMCG brand.[6] She also owns several other restaurants, including SouthAk, Akshada, Radhe Upavan, and The Baking Couture.[2] She has authored the book,"Secrets of a Professional Kitchen". The book is about her journey in the culinary industry.[7]
