History
AIIR Consulting was founded in 2009 by Jonathan Kirschner who also serves as the CEO of the company. Various national and international institutes and companies have accessed services of the company for the advancements in leadership skills.[3]
In 2019, AIIR started The Elevate Project which aimed at connecting the company's coaches with veteran organizations to amplify positive impact efforts.[4][5] Members of the firm have been frequently quoted in various publications.[6][7][8][9]
Awards
In 2022, AIIR received Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award.[10]
