3ML is a small village of 299 hectares in Ganganagar Tehsil in Ganganagar district, established by Maharaja Ganga Singh and known as one of the first well-planned modern cities of India, and is greatly influenced by the town planning of Paris in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 3ML depends on GANGANAGAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 3ML is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. 3ML's pin code is 335038[4], and village code is 00042600. The area of 3ML is segregated as 281.84 hectares irrigated area, remaining 17.46 hectare area not available for cultivation.

3ML is a census village in the district of Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1041 and has total administration over 202 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Ganganagar to sell earthen pots and make their living.
