31 NDR is a small village of 222 hectares in Hanumangarh Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 31 NDR depends on Rawatsar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 31 NDR is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. 31 NDR's pin code is 335803[4], and village code is 00373500. The area of 31 NDR is segregated as 125.38 hectares irrigated area, 49.9 hectares unirrigated, remaining 46.52 hectare area not available for cultivation.
