1 TTD is a small village of 442 hectares in Suratgarh Tehsil in Ganganagar district, established by Maharaja Ganga Singh and known as one of the first well-planned modern cities of India, and is greatly influenced by the town planning of Paris in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 1 TTD depends on RAWATSAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 1 TTD is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. 1 TTD's pin code is 335805[4], and village code is 00291900. The area of 1 TTD is segregated as 97 hectares irrigated area, 85 hectares unirrigated, the 125 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 6 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAWATSAR and Ganganagar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
