10 BGS is a small village of 410 hectares in Sadulshahar Tehsil in Ganganagar district, established by Maharaja Ganga Singh and known as one of the first well-planned modern cities of India, and is greatly influenced by the town planning of Paris in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 10 BGS depends on GANGANAGAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 10 BGS is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. 10 BGS's pin code is 335062[4], and village code is 00055000.
