Career

Dr. Jerry Chidester, known as Dr. Chiddy, began his medical journey at the University of Utah, where he excelled as a student and leader.[18] His passion for medicine led him to an early acceptance into the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he continued to take on leadership positions, including Class President and later Student Body President. He graduated in the top % of his class and was inducted as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society.[19]

After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Chidester specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery during a six-year residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center.[20] He further honed his skills with a hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship at Keck Medicine of USC. In 2018, he ventured into private practice with Chidester MD, transitioning 2019 to establish Jerry Chidester MD, PLLC in Draper, Utah, focusing on plastic and hand surgery.[21][22]

Additionally, he co-founded Pathfinder MD, LLC in 2020 and became CEO of The Plastics Clinic, LLC in 2021. In 2022, Dr. Chiddy and his team at The Plastics Clinic introduced the SoMē Bra ™️,[23][24] revolutionizing comfort and style with a form-fitting and fashionable design.
