Avalanche The Architect (born August 24, 1987), is a Jamaican rapper, martial artist, and entrepreneur.[1] He is best known for his rap career, having achieved platinum plaques for two of his singles, and for his skills in martial arts, having earned a second degree Dan in taekwondo and a black belt in Brazilian jujitsu. He is also the provincial Brazilian jujitsu champion.[2][3]
Born in Jamaica, Avalanche moved to the United States at the age of 8, and then later moved to Toronto, Canada, where he began his music career. In addition to his music and martial arts career, Avalanche owns two martial arts gyms and a snake breeding sanctuary and facility. He is also a father of four children.[4]

Early life and education
Avalanche The Architect was born in Jamaica and showed an early interest in martial arts, becoming a champion in his age group in Jamaica for Taekwondo at the age of 8. He later moved to the United States at 14, when he moved to Toronto, Canada, to start his music career.
He received his education at the University of Toronto.
Career
Toronto Rapper Avalanche The Architect is a successful rapper, owning two platinum plaques for his two singles, "Why Pree" (2016) and "Fuck Social Distancing" (2020), and his latest album, "The Diamond Album" (2021).[5] He also owns two martial arts gyms, a snake breeding sanctuary, and a facility.[6]
He is also known as "The Architect" and has released multiple albums and singles, including "The Woodlands Shogun"[7] (2022) and "The Best of the Bestest" (2021).[8][9]
Awards
Avalanche The Architect has received several awards and recognitions throughout his career, both in martial arts and music. In martial arts, he has attained the rank of second degree Dan in taekwondo and a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He was also the provincial Brazilian jiu-jitsu champion in his weight class.
Avalanche The Architect has earned two platinum plaques in music for two of his singles. These certifications are awarded by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) to songs that have sold or streamed the equivalent of 1,000,000 units.
