Vinwat is a small village of 397 hectares in Baberu Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Vinwat depends on Baberu (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Vinwat's pin code is 210125[4], and village code is 04814300. The area of Vinwat is segregated as 412 hectares irrigated area, 106 hectares unirrigated area. the 72 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 13 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Vinwat is a census village in the district of Banda, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 2100 and has total administration over 352 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Baberu (NP) and Banda to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
