Usari is a small village of 52.49 hectares in Sagri Tehsil in Azamgarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Usari depends on Atraulia (NP) , the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Usari's pin code is 276122[4], and village code is 08506300. The area of Usari is segregated as 90.56 hectares irrigated area, 1.898 hectares unirrigated area.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Atraulia (NP) and Azamgarh to sell jaggery and make their living.
