Undari Kalan is a small village of 1487 hectares in Girwa Tehsil in Udaipur district, also called 'the city of lakes' set amidst the Aravalli Ranges in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Undari Kalan depends on Udaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 15.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Undari Kalan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Undari Kalan's pin code is 313031[4], and village code is 03158300. The area of Undari Kalan is segregated as 15 hectares irrigated area, 85 hectares unirrigated, the 248 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 279 hectare area not available for cultivation.
