Udasar is a small village of 1769 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Udasar depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, which is 150.05% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Udasar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Udasar's pin code is 344035[4], and village code is 02178100. The area of Udasar is segregated as 241 hectares irrigated area, 527.96 hectares unirrigated, the 965.07 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 35.05 hectare area not available for cultivation.
