Tadawas is a small village of 624 hectares in Amber Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tadawas depends on Chomu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, which is 489.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Tadawas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Tadawas's pin code is 303801[4], and village code is 01564900. The area of Tadawas is segregated as 489 hectares irrigated area, 85 hectares unirrigated, the 28 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 22 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chomu and Jaipur to sell rope making and make their living.
