Surte Ki Beri is a small village of 843 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Surte Ki Beri depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Surte Ki Beri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Surte Ki Beri's pin code is 344704[4], and village code is 02173700. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Barmer to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
