Sultan Suleiman Zaurbek (born 19 April 1996) is a Kazakhstani professional boxer. As an Amateur boxing, Zaurbek won a silver medal at the 2014 AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships.[1]
Professional career
Early career
On 26 October 2018, Zaurbek made his professional debut against Jose Aguilar. Zaurbek was dominant throughout the bout and secured a comfortable points vicotry.[2]Zaurbek fought in his second fight as a professional against Johnson Tellez on 24 November 2018. Zaurbek won via technical knockout in the third round.[3]
On 14 December 2018, Zaurbek fought against Stefan Nicolae of Romania. Zaurbek won via knockout in the opening round after knocking his opponent down with a heavy right hand to the body.[4]Zaurbek's fourth bout as a professional was against Lyuben Todorov on 22 February 2019. Zaurbek dropped his opponent with a left hand to the body in the third round. Todorov managed to recover from the knockdown, however Zuarbek kept pressuring his opponent and dropped Todorov for a second time with another body shot in the fourth round. Todorov once again recovered, but Zuarbek soon secured the win after knocking his opponent down for a final time with a left handed body shot.[5]
