Spencer Leo Marchand is an American businessman and politician. He currently serves as a member of Harvey Public School District's Board of Directors[1][2][3] and has past served as a member of the City of Harvey, North Dakota's City Council.[4]
Marchand was also appointed by Governor Doug Burgum to serve on the North Dakota Early Childhood Council on March 14, 2023[5]
He is a member of the Republican party.
