Sisana is a small village of 1142 hectares in Baghpat Tehsil in Bagpat district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sisana depends on Baghpat (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sisana's pin code is 250609[4], and village code is 01056200. The area of Sisana is segregated as 614 hectares irrigated area. the 271 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 1142 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Baghpat (MB) and Bagpat to sell bricks and make their living.
