Shubhdand is a small village of 253 hectares in Todaraisingh Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shubhdand depends on Todaraisingh, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shubhdand is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shubhdand's pin code is 304505[4], and village code is 02649000. The area of Shubhdand is segregated as 27.66 hectares irrigated area, 139.78 hectares unirrigated, the 58.88 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 26.72 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Todaraisingh and Tonk to sell ghee and make their living.
