Shivpuri is a small village of 739 hectares in Phalodi Tehsil in Jodhpur district, also known as the Blue City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shivpuri depends on Phalodi, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Shivpuri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Shivpuri's pin code is 342302[4], and village code is 01926900. The area of Shivpuri is segregated as 8.11 hectares irrigated area, 669.3 hectares unirrigated, remaining 46 hectare area not available for cultivation.
