Shambhoo Pura is a small village of 557 hectares in Bagidora Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Shambhoo Pura depends on Banswara, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, One canal and Two springs. Shambhoo Pura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Shambhoo Pura's pin code is 327603[4], and village code is 03470400. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Banswara to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
