Saya is a small village of 326.7 hectares in Baberu Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Saya depends on Bisanda, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Saya's pin code is 210203[4], and village code is 04818400. The area of Saya is segregated as 94.969 hectares irrigated area, 174 hectares unirrigated area.

The village is connected with a single bus service. Saya has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
