Sarenda is a small village of 2120 hectares in Kheragarh Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sarenda depends on DHORAGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Sarenda's pin code is 283119[4], and village code is 01610000. The area of Sarenda is segregated as 1144.397 hectares irrigated area, 593.992 hectares unirrigated, the 10.454 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 8.85 hectare area not available for cultivation.
