Samgara is a small village of 188.5 hectares in Baberu Tehsil in Banda district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Samgara depends on Baberu (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Samgara's pin code is 210121[4], and village code is 04803300. The area of Samgara is segregated as 65.76 hectares irrigated area, 109.92 hectares unirrigated area. the 0.4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).
