Rathaura is a small village of 751 hectares in Baraut Tehsil in Bagpat district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rathaura depends on Chhaprauli (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Rathaura's pin code is 250617[4], and village code is 01038900. The area of Rathaura is segregated as 759.83 hectares irrigated area. the 5.99 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 18.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
