Rampur Asali is a small village of 220.1 hectares in Rasra Tehsil in Ballia district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Rampur Asali depends on Ballia (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. The area of Rampur Asali is segregated as 163.058 hectares irrigated area. the 36.578 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 20.424 hectare area not available for cultivation.
