RAKHI is a small village of 994 hectares in Bhadra Tehsil in Hanumangarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. RAKHI depends on Bhadra, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. RAKHI is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. RAKHI's pin code is 335502[4], and village code is 00486700. The area of RAKHI is segregated as 911.05 hectares unirrigated, the 3.49 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 41.98 hectare area not available for cultivation.
