Phillip Hotz is a Canadian engineer and songwriter, known for his work collaborations with Aminé (rapper)|Aminé, Alessia Cara, Johnny Orlando, among others.
Background
Originally from Ottawa, Hotz moved to London, Ontario and completed his schooling at the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology (O.I.A.R.T). Following that, he accepted a position in Toronto, Ontario working for Revolution Recording.[1] He has been the acting Chief Engineer at Universal Music Canada since April 2020.
