Phalet is a small village of 330 hectares in Vallabhnagar Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Phalet depends on Udaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Phalet is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Phalet's pin code is 313202[4], and village code is 03176900. The area of Phalet is segregated as 9 hectares irrigated area, 10 hectares unirrigated, the 1 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 310 hectare area not available for cultivation.
