Parahaji is a small village of 146.7 hectares in Ramsanehighat Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Parahaji depends on Rudauli (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Parahaji's pin code is 225409[4], and village code is 05827900. The area of Parahaji is segregated as 100 hectares irrigated area, 24 hectares unirrigated area. and remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Parahaji has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.
