Osh Pyozee

Osh Pyozee (stuffed onions) is a popular Afghan recipe usually eaten as an appetizer.[1]

Preparation

Osh pyozee is prepared by cooking onions and then separating their layers. The onion layers are folded around a mixture of rice, ground meat (usually lamb), feta cheese, and prunes.[2][3]
