Noorpur Kala is a small village of 378 hectares in Jalalpur Tehsil in Ambedkar Nagar district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Noorpur Kala depends on Jalalpur (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sourcesOne canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. Noorpur Kala's pin code is 224139[4], and village code is 06102000. The area of Noorpur Kala is segregated as 289 hectares irrigated area, 20 hectares unirrigated area. the 68 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 57 hectare area not available for cultivation.
