Nimboda is a small village of 279 hectares in Sarada Tehsil in Udaipur district in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Nimboda depends on Salumbar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 3.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Nimboda is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Nimboda's pin code is 313902[4], and village code is 03244000. The area of Nimboda is segregated as 9 hectares irrigated area, 111 hectares unirrigated, the 66 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 93 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Salumbar and Udaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
